Oops… obviously I meant Lyta gave birth to Daniel.

Aquaman #23 (1965) would be Mera giving birth to Aquababy a.k.a. Arthur Curry, Jr., unless I’ve fallen into a devious but fair trap. FF #240 would have been just after John Byrne’s lengthy run on FF began, around 235 (unless I’m one hundred numbers off), and I can’t remember a birth there (so maybe I am). Surprised that Franklin Richards’ birth isn’t included, by the way. Otherwise, I didn’t follow the listed series at the time of the specified issue, if at all, and am totally in the dark. Hope I have better luck next time.

Now I’ve looked. Let me get this straight: Aqualad (Garth) changed his name to Tempest, and he and his partner (wife?) named their kid after HIS EX, the late Aquagirl? Is that right, or is this some other Garth and the also shared name Tula an additional coincidence? If that is who they are, and if this is the Dolphin from the Forgotten Heroes, there is an interesting syncronicity (did I spell that right?): She first appeared in a late 60s Showcase issue, with the back pages occupied by a reprint of Aqualad’s first appearance!

I thought Aqualad’s kid was a boy named Cerridian.

DanLarkin:

You’re right, only one poster said Tempest & Dolphin’s child was a girl named Tula, while all the others who gave an answer for that one said Cerridian (albeit variant spellings, and understandably so, no criticism intended; I don’t guarantee I’ve got it right, either). Somebody even implied that Infinite Crisis incorrectly stated it was a girl, which is presumably where that lone “Tula” came from. But I see from your comment that Tempest IS the same Garth. Thank you for both points.

1. Adventures of Superman #587 – Ron Troupe and Lucy Lane – Sam
2. Fantastic Four #240 – Crystal and Quicksilver – Luna
3. Amazing Spider-Man #263 – Harry and Liz Ozborn – Norman
4. Aquaman #63 (2000) – Dolphin and Tempest – Ceridian
5. Sandman #12 (1990) – Lya and Hector Hall – Daniel
6. Superman: The Doomsday Wars #1 – Pete Ross and Lana Lang – Clark
7. Aquaman #23 (1965) – Mera and Arthur – Arthur Jr.
8. Uncanny X-Men #201 – Scott and Madelyne – Nathan
9. New Titans #130 – Mirage and Deathwing – Julienne
10. Team Titans #3 – Donna Troy and Terry Long – Robert

Thank you for the list.
