I thought Marinna was Aquaman’s wife?

You’re thinking of Mera.

And Wendi Harris is married to the first Hourman — Rex Tyler. More JSA love

11. Golden Age Flash
12. (Jeez, Both she and her husband are Inhumans, but I forget which one he is; he’s not Black Bolt himself, is he?)
13. Golden Age Dr Fate
15. Superman (both the modern and Earth–Two/pre–Crisis versions got hitched)
16. (Did he actually marry Katma Tui?)
17. (This is the daughter of pre–Crisis/Earth–Two Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor, who in Infinity, Inc. was living with her fiance Hector Hall—son of ditto Hawkman and Hawkgirl, but I forget his super–identity—and she got pregnant by him, but he was forced to leave the regular world and become a new Sandman [a pre--cursor to Neil Gaiman's, not another Wes Dodds] and as that series ended, they WERE NOT married, and it didn’t seem to be an option; did she marry someone else–or even him returned–much later?)
18. The Whizzer (Miss America; there was some discussion on an Urban Legends thread a while back about these two being reported to be Quicksilver and S. Witch’s parents in Giant–Size Avengers #1 in the 70s)
20. (I know damned well that I should recognize “Molly Mayne,” but I can’t place it)

Well, let’s see what everybody else said.

Without looking at the other answers-

1. Linda Park- Wally West/Flash III
2. Yera- Colossal Boy/Gim Allon
4. Wanda Maximoff- Vision
6. Terry Long- Donna Troy
7. Marinna- Namor
9. Dhalua- Tom Strong
11. Joan Williams- Jay Garrick
12. Crystal- Quicksilver
13. Inza Kramer- Kent Nelson (Dr. Fate)
15. Lois Lane- Superman
16. John Stewart- Katma Tui
17. Lyta Trevor- Hector Hall/Dr. Fate/Sandman/Silver Scarab, etc.

Oh, jeez!

Yes, Crystal married Pietro! DUMB!

Molly Mayne is Harlequin, Alan “Golden Age GL” Scott’s wife, the only one I know of, but Rose Canton might well be the Earth–Two Rose–and–Thorn, with some connection there. I have a vague recollection of him being in some other relationship not long before he and Molly found each other (so to speak), and I suppose it might have been her.

Hector Hall was introduced as Silver Scarab, thanks. And he became a Dr. Fate? Was this before or after “Fate,” in the 90s series of that name (which I never read, I admit)?

Shouldn’t “Marinna” be “Marina”?

And while I concede that Mary James is the name of the Golden Age Atom’s girlfriend, I don’t think they were ever said to have married, at least while HE was “alive” (said while he was “alive,” I mean; no necrophilia reference intended). I am certain it was not indicated in Infinity, Inc., and he spent much of his remaining existence thereafter in limbo with most of the rest of the JSA, with a brief run in the team’s new series after they all got out of it. I’m probably gonna get lambasted for this last, but that’s my memory of it.

Pretty sure Hector (Dr. Fate III, ne’ Silver Scarab) Hall and Lyta (Fury II) Trevor were indeed married before Infinity, Inc. ended–wasn’t their wedding in issue 50?

Also, I think it had been established that Al (The Atom I) Pratt did indeed mary Mary James as early as one of those “Whatever Happened To” stories that ran in the back of DCCP in the early 1980s. If not there, it would have been explicitly stated in DAMAGE, since Grant was Al and Mary’s son, stolen by Vandal Savage, IIRC.

1. Linda Park – The Flash (Wally
4. Wanda Maximoff – Vision
6. Terry Long – Wonder Girl
7. Marinna – Namor the Sub-Mariner
12. Crystal – Quicksilver
15. Lois Lane – Superman
16. John Stewart – Katma Tui (and on Justice League, Hawkgirl)
17. Lyta Trevor – Hector Hall (while alive, the Silver Scarab… later Sandman… later Dr. Fate….)

My list from before reading the responses:

1. Linda Park – Flash (Wally West)
2. Yera – Colossal Boy
3. Mindy McPherson – Mork from Ork??
4. Wanda Maximoff – Vision
5. Doris Drew ??
6. Terry Long – Wonder Girl (Donna Troy)
7. Marinna – Sub-Mariner
8. Wendi Harris – Hourman
9. Dhalua ??
10. Rose Canton – Alan Scott (1st wife)
11. Joan Williams – Jay Garrick
12. Crystal – Quicksilver
13. Inza Kramer – Doctor Fate
14. Mary James – Atom (Al Pratt)
15. Lois Lane – Superman
16. John Stewart – Katma Tui
17. Lyta Trevor – Silver Scarab
18. Madeline Joyce – Whizzer
19. Ph’yzzon – This is familiar, but not coming up.
20. Molly Mayne – Alan Scott (2nd wife)

Doris Drew was Starman/Ted Knight’s wife, I think.

1. Linda Park- Wally West/The Flash
4. Wanda Maximoff- The Vision
10. Rose Canton- Alan Scott/The Green Lantern
11. Joan Williams- This isnt Jay Garrick, The Flash, is it?
12. Crystal- Quicksilver/Pietro Maximoff (plus she dated Johnny Storm)
13. Inza Kramer- Dr Fate/Kent Nelson
15. Lois Lane- Um Superman/Clark Kent
16. John Stewart- Hal Jordan…no wait, John Stewart was just Hal Jordan’s bitch.
17. Lyta Trevor- Dr Fate/Hector Hall

After looking at everyones answers, I feel stupid for not rememebering Terry Long married Donna Troy.

And wow, how many wives did Alan Scott have?

A Pretty poor showing (as always) from me

1. Linda Park – The Flash (Wally West)
4. Wanda Maximoff – Rocket Red 7?
9. Dhalua – Damn I know I should know this one…
13. Inza Kramer – If this is maiden names then it could be Dr Fate (Kent Nelson)
15. Lois Lane – Clarkybaby

Damn – Tom Strong!! I knew I should know Dhalua

Al Pratt was reavealed to have married a woman named Mary in that “Whatever Happened To…” story from DC Comics Presents. I remember reading someone say (probably Roy Thomas) that it was never conclusively stated that that Mary was the same Mary from the ’30s, but it seems like a safe assumption. Al is also shown grieving for her in the Mike Parobeck illustrated JSA series.

Thanks for the Golden Age Atom info.

George G.: “Pretty sure that Hector…and Lyta…were indeed married before Infinity, Inc. ended….”

Sorry, but no chance my memory is tripping me up on THIS one. The idea of a superhero from a major company, even in a non-Code but still mainstream series (in other words, this wasn’t close to being a Vertigo version or something like that), being an unwed mother surprised the hell out of me AT THE TIME, and when Hector was forced to leave the regular plane of reality as a new Sandman without having married her, I was shocked.

DanLarkin:
The Golden Age Starman’s girlfriend, and probable subsequent wife, was Doris Lee.

4. Wanda Maximoff – The Vision
5. Doris Drew – Starman 1

17. Lyta Trevor – Silver Scarab
18. Madeline Joyce – The Whizzer

Hope you had fun!!

1. Flash II is Barry Allen, not Wally West.

5. Ted Knight married a woman named Doris who was NOT Ms. Lee of his 40s series (or she was temporarily married to someone named Drew in the interim)?

Is there anybody who didn’t know the Lois Lane-Superman one?
