As for ‘magic’ vs. ‘magick,’ years ago a read a book about self-publishing in Britain. I have no idea why. But the only thing I remember from it is the origin of the word ‘magick.’ It was an alternate spelling popularized by Aleister Crowley because, numerologically, it has more power than the actually spelling of the word.
