Everyone says #5 was the Hulk, which may very well be true, but it's also an accurate description of Spectacular Spider-Man #112. Spidey didn't fight Santa at the mall, but the Santa-crook did work there, so the description still fits, due to the vagueness of the English language. He wasn't a SUPER-villain, though, so maybe that disqualifies it.

16. A hero and his wife find themselves evicted, just in time for Christmas!

- This is Amazing Spider-Man...#314? I remember the McFarlane cover with Peter & Mary Jane on the curb...

6. Adventures of Superman, where we discovered that the intern (Alice?) seen since Byrne's days on the book actually lived at the Daily Planet. Is she ever featured in the book anymore?

8. Uncanny X-Men #143, the Kitty Pryde "Alien" issue. Fun story.

11. The Jack Knight Starman.

14. Dan Jurgens did about 3 Superman stories with this theme. They should bring that tradition back.

15. The Outsiders #5. Cheesy story, but fun.

16. The Amazing Spider-Man, when Michelline & McFarlane were on the book. Memorable cover.

Damn, I wish I could edit stuff...then I wouldn't have to post twice.

10. Impulse/Max Mercury. It wasn't in Bart's book, but in a DC holiday special issue. Written by Waid and Grayson, if I remember correctly.

Number 5 is a classic Peter David story from The Incredible Hulk. The villain was the Rhino, who was only trying to pick up some extra money (legally) for Christmas. Since he's stuck in that costume, dressing as Santa was a good option, though the kids started to tick him off. There's all sorts of great moments in this one, with a little girl breaking up the Hulk/Rhino fight by asking why the grey man is beating up Santa Cluas, Hulk as Rhino's "Santa's helper," Rick Jones getting kicked in the shin by a sick kid in a hospital...

5. Incredible Hulk (vs. The Abomination, I think)

8. Uncanny X-Men (Kitty Pryde)

A lot of the other ones seems familiar, too, but I can't pin them down.
