Is Chunk a commentary on obesity in America? I don’t know, but his power is pretty damn bizarre and just as cool.

Actually, Chunk was pretty prominent throughout William Messner-Loebs’s (ridiculously underrated) run on the book. True, by the end, he was reduced to whining about Wally never having time for him, but for a couple of years he was genuinely Wally’s best friend.

And he got that great romance subplot with Connie, which was nice.
