What is the earliest example of a comic book advertising it being a “collector’s item” on the front cover (earliest I have seen is Fantastic Four #3)?

I want to say there was an old Fawcett title that might have used it first, but maybe I am confusing that with the “First Gimmick Cover”?

The FF was the first to have a “clip and save” reference page (the illustrated layout of the Baxter Building). Has anyone ever cut one of these out?
