I don't want it to happen, but I still can't help but see a "355 dying in Yorick's arms as they realize their love" scene on the not too far horizon. That would be too .. umm.. Easy? Cliche? Pat?

There is no audience involvement in Beth as a character, though.. I assume that will change - and quickly. I'd be happy with a "walk into the horizon" ending, personally.

Oh - And I meant "no audience involvement" in Beth #1. Beth #2.. I'd be happy with that one.

I sort of feel like the most recent issue answered this question pretty well, with its "the person you love makes you better" speech which Yorick miinterpreted wildly.

Yeah, as crass as it sounds, in his position, Yorick would be irresponsible if he didn't have promiscuous sex with as many women as possible for the rest of his life.

I can't help but think that, after all this time, if Yorick and Beth don't end up together it will be hugely disappointing.

I fully support a happy ending where Yorick gets to nail both of 'em.

I'm starting to think he's going to end up with 355, although Vaughan might be leading us on. Yorick has probably spent more time with her by now than he did with Beth, and if he's not at least torn between them when he and Beth are finally reunited, I'll be very surprised.

Beth and 355 should get together and ditch Yorick. Then he can marry the monkey.
