I understand your cynicism-I can definately relate! but if the promotion seems “out of place”, I had contacted Brian about this plug and both he and Jonah decided to place it here. Brian liked my approach of mentioning the various locations of all the creative folk tying in with chapter one of Gail’s Road Trip storyline.

I was hoping you’d like it too, but I know one can’t hit a bullseye every time.

And to repeat: Ben and Gail have plans for Gen13 going well into next year, so we’re not going away.

Best of luck to you, but this kind of promotion here seems really… out of place. I appreciate what you are trying to do here in regards to making sure that the book doesn’t get axed (I’ve read the sales figures… yeah…), but I’m also concerned about CSBG eventually becoming buried in stuff like this.

Looking forward to the trades though.

Darn right it’s a plug, because I’m pleased as punch about being part of the Gen13 book, and both Brian and Jonah were kind enough to allow me to submit this info.

This book’s not being cancelled. Not by a long shot. I’m just inviting you to check it out, and I thought it might be interesting to tell readers how a typical comic travels around North America (and sometimes…beyond!)

Er… I love Gail, and I’m sure a road trip story will be fun (it always is), but why is this posted here? It seems really out of place with CSBG, although I’m all for keeping quality books from getting cancelled.
