I'm coming pretty late to the "party" on this one ... but probably the reason so few comments showed up for this entry is that the TP had only just been released (as you noted) when you wrote this. It's a lot easier to get folks to comment on things they've read. I bought the first issues but ended up waiting for the trade. Glad I finally read it — brilliant comic. And the trade has some nice additional material, including Cam Stewart's pics and notes about his travels to Viet Nam. Hey Bill. Great entry!
