On another note, as more related books have come out -- Countdown, All-Flash, etc. -- it seems that the Rogues did not, in fact, kick Bart to death. There's that one confusing panel with Mirror Master, Trickster, Piper, and Inertia, but (a) Bart's not actually visible in it, not even a hand or a boot, (b) it makes no sense for Trickster and Piper to have been in on kicking him to death, and (c) Inertia looks like he's on the ground, himself. Given the various Rogues' reactions, including Trickster's nightmare, it looks like it may have just been the blasts from Weather Wizard, Captain Cold and Heat Wave. Not that the rest don't share in the responsibility, but it's not quite as savage as simply kicking his head in.
