The lawsuit sparked a series of verbal salvos online, as Ellison and Groth hurled insults at one another over a virtual fence.

sums all I cared to gleem from the mess, other than that Fantagraphics was potentially in financial trouble again (or really seriously was; I wasn&#039;t paying close enough attention), I can see why there hasn&#039;t been much response. It&#039;s just not the same without Joe Rice saying mean things about Ellison (which I guess he can legally still do).</description>
