Let’s see what’s out and what you can recommend.
The shipping list is here. I plan to buy these titles:
All Star Superman #9
Fables #67
Suicide Squad: Raise the Flag #3
Welcome to Tranquility #12 (is this the last issue?)
The Circle #1
World War Hulk #5
X-Factor #25
The Atheist #4 (I’ll believe it when it’s in my hands)
The Black Diamond #5
My Inner Bimbo #2 (another one I can’t believe until I see it)
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: The Black Dossier (only a year late!)
Not a bad week, especially if the late books actually do ship. But I’m sure you have many suggestions for things that I inexplicably missed! Let me hear it!

As far as I can tell Welcome to Tranquility hasn’t been solicited past #12, but I haven’t heard anything about it being canceled.
As for my recommendation I’m going to say Salvation Run.

Christos Gage said in the official Wildstorm forum that Tranquility was going to go through some sort of change after WS’s current event, so I don’t think there’ll be any issues for a few months
and although the current series has been extremely bad I would recomend WW #14 just because its Gail Simone’s first issue

Wonder Woman!
Man, this is a busy week for me, I think that I’ve got something like six titles out (that’s a lot in my eyes).

You following Ex Machina monthly? Because I believe the new trade comes out tomorrow. I’ll be picking that one up for sure.

Scott Pilgrim is the easy answer, although if you’re looking for a monthly book, I’d suggest Black Adam: The Dark Age #4. This has been pretty good so far and Mahnke’s art is great. But Scott Pilgrim if you can find it.

I see several things I’m going to check out that you’re probably not interested in — I’m giving Batman and the Outsiders a shot, for example. That should be interesting at least. And though I wouldn’t ever tell you to buy a Judd Winick comic, I love both Green Arrow and Black Canary as characters, and I was surprised how much I enjoyed the first ish of their new title, so I’m at least commiting to following the initial arc to its conclusion. (Canary versus the bogus Amazons! Drawn by Cliff Chiang! Sweet.) But I do wish it had a different writer, though I’m not sure who.
But what else should YOU buy? Well, I don’t know how you can pass up Simone’s first issue of WW, which will hopefully herald a return to greatness for the icon. I’m looking forward to it because it’s been well over a year since I bought an issue of her comic.
Btw, is anyone reading the Black Adam mini? Is it any good?

Yeah, I will weigh in with WW#14 as well. Simone will hopefully at least bring fun and a voice that rings true to this series.

My heart says Scott Pilgrim, but I would like to read some reviews of Batman and the Outsiders, so maybe go grab that one.

Get either Gail Simone’s Wonder Woman or Salvation Run.

JLA: Ultramarine Corps is Grant Morrison’s “JLA Classified” story, if you missed it the first time like I did. [I believe the trade is filled out with the 'JLA/WildC.A.T.s' crossover, but, still...]

100 Bullets # 86 & Badger Bull one-shot (another ’80′s returnee).
To Master of Soup: Is WWH # 5 actually that late? a couple weeks late isn’t that bad when you compare to CIVIL WAR.

After three weeks of nuttin’, I’m getting MeatCake and Courtney Crumrin.
It would be interesting to hear your take on Scott Pilgrim. I liked the first three well enough, but not at the “liked enough to shell out actual money” level.

There are a few potentially interesting new launches this week from DC. I’d go with either Gail Simone’s debut on Wonder Woman or maybe Salvation Run.
Chuck Dixon’s new Batman & the Outsiders could be quite good, but I’m apprehensive because of the last-minute creative team change.

There’s a new Courtney Crumrin?! Get that.

Batman and the Outsiders or Wonder Woman or Salvation Ruin.
Though i bet you that Iron Man/PP will be the best all ages book this week and I can say that with a Courtney Crumrin coming out so that is saying a lot.

@Sean:
“JLA: Ultramarine Corps is Grant Morrison’s “JLA Classified†story, if you missed it the first time like I did. [I believe the trade is filled out with the ‘JLA/WildC.A.T.s’ crossover, but, still…]”
This JLA CLASSIFIED story not only includes The Knight and Squire (recently seen in GMo’s CLUB OF HEROES), but also acts as the (IMO) offical introductory arc to GMo’s SEVEN SOLDIERS. Why it was never collected with **that** multi-title extravaganza has always baffled me.
But then hey, I don’t ‘get’ COUNTDOWN, either…

Queen & Country vol. 8 is coming out. I don’t know what’s in it, but everything I’ve read in the series has been great. You like Checkmate (I think) and that’s also written by Rucka (I think). Q & C is Rucka coming up with his own espionage/operative/intrigue series whole cloth. I can’t remember the last time this came out in single issues, so trade is definitely the way to go.

Booster Gold has been great and of course Scott Pilgrim warrants picking it up (though you’ll need the first three volumes first), but my suggestion goes to the start of Gail Simone’s Wonder Woman. You have, without a doubt, the most prolific female creator since Louise Simonson tackling the most prolific comic character ever. For that reason alone, I think it will be worth picking up.

Booster Gold, Wonder Woman or BATO.
I like Gail Simone and Chuck Dixon, which probably makes me confused, and I have been enjoying the new Booster Gold series so any of these 3 books are good choices.

Scott Pilgrim would be a good pick.
All Star Superman

Why wouldn’t the late books ship? Usually if it’s on Diamonds list for that week it shows up. That stuff is shipped out to them before Monday.

ATOMIC ROBO #2 – Did you like Five Fists of Science? Then you’ll love this, too.
Booster Gold #4 – One of the most fun new comics being published by DC.
Brit #3 – Because Brit is good. Because Kirkman is good. Because the Invincible Universe is good. Because the Pentagon has Parking in the Rear.
COURTNEY CRUMRIN AND THE FIRE THIEF’S TALE !!! – Because Naifeh is good.
SCOTT PILGRIM!!! – Because. Just because.
Wonder Woman #14 – Because it’s Gail Simone’s first issue. I haven’t been reading the new run. I will now. I miss her on Birds of Prey. So much.

Batman And The Outsiders. Even with the creative team switcheroo, still sounds pretty cool.
