Funny thing is that Hack/Slash this week featured an Archie parody of sorts as Cassie visits a town much like Riverdale.

Soâ€¦ if Archie is wearing paneled bowling shirts with a tribal pattern, is it time to alter my wardrobe? I have a number of vertically paneled shirts. If theyâ€™ve made it into comics, theyâ€™re clearlt not cool any more.

I think they were worn by band members of Sugar Ray and Smash Mouth years ago, so I'm going to say that those were uncool from that point forward. Once Smash Mouth wears something, that's pretty uncool.

I love the footnote in the last panel of the last 'Denim' page. I haven't read any Archie since I was a kid, is that sort of continuity a normal thing now? Or is it all part of the Marvel parody?
