Ah okay, I was reading too quickly and thought they were in college for some reason. I do think it was a little cliche, but it is a lot more forgiveable in a high school setting than a college setting. Plus it was a very small part of the book overall so it’s no biggie.

“Clowes High,” nice reference there! Keep up the good work.

The one where the jock pours some liquid on the guys head for looking at his girl. I didn’t like it because it felt a little too much like a teen movie cliche, plus I got the impression they were in college and that move just seemed so high school. But overall I dug it.

I went to the website and started reading the book. Really cute. Thought the bullying scene was a little cliche but good overall.
