Matthew Sturges, Help!!

There has to be a scene in Salvation Run where, when complaining about being stuck on the prison planet, Joker says to the Shadow Thief, “There must be some way out of here!”

How happy would you be if DC came out with a comic about Johnny Thunder in the basement, mixing up the medicine?

Or the Clock King walking along with a parrot that talks?

Or if Vixen, when Red Arrow catches her training with his powers, had said “Did I miss the mark, over-step the line, that only you can see?”

All of them would be quite appreciated.

I don’t get it.

More Dylan worship from Mr. Cronin, Ron. And I agree, Brian – that would be pretty clever.

My uncultured 18 year old brain was at fault.

Thanks.

I’m pretty sure Battlestar Galactica ruined that song for me forever.

Alack.

That is a brilliant idea — oh, how I wish I’d had it.

Fortunately, my memory has retroactively edited in the Jimi Hendrix version. My wife, who remembers music much better after the first hearing, said it sounded like Jamie Bamber’s younger brother and his emo band.

Can’t remember the name of the cover artist for BG/Watchtower (and too lazy to bother net-searching it), but I do know that it’s a relative of someone in upper management, a producer or some such. Nepotism being alive and well in the Cylon era is no surprise, mind, given Apollo landing his very own battlestar in S2…

“Subterranean Homesick Blues”, for the uninitiated. My favorite Dylan song, although my juvenile mind prefers Weird Al’s palindromic homage, “Bob”. sublime…

It is my fault for not thinking of it sooner! :)
