Remeber in the Marvel timeline there are two Hulks who walk upon the Earth. The Maestro we know came beck to life when his past self was reamerged with Banner. Banner is a man who has multiple personalities, as an older man, his personality disrder can still be, the older Banner in the deep part of his mind created another personality thus good-bye Maestro, Hello Red Hulk.
