BTW, my comic shop retailer told me today that he was ordered to destroy all copies of MPD-Psycho vol. 4.

Is this true anywhere else?

Ooo Kurosagi is a personal fav of mine as well! Hilarious, creepy, and fun. Where else can you find possessed monkey corpses and stories discussing Japanese war crimes in the same volume?

...I'm going to pick-up Antique Bakery. That's quite a pitch.

Junji Ito's Uzumaki (not "Uzamaki") is great, if a bit uneven. Some of his short stories are also good:

Gyo starts out good but doesn't really go anywhere.

I have read Uzumaki - it's kind of like H.P. Lovecraft and his non-geometric angles, only everything is to do with spirals. There are snails and hypnotic effects and some really weird ways of dying involved, but it's only half about that and half about how the people of said small coastal town react.

Also read Kurosagi, but I think you wrapped that one up pretty well. =)
