I just got the fourth hardcover and it's as reliably excellent as always. Puts every other book from the publisher to shame. I get that perhaps Frank is just playing dumb, but that doesn't really fit his MO, does it? "I'll work with this murderer for NOW, but eventually I'll kill him." That doesn't sound like the Punisher. So it leaves that he was tricked by Stuart, which ALSO doesn't really work. I didn't like how Punisher was basically used in the issue of War Journal.
