I enjoyed the first issue of the Last Defenders (although it’s going to be sad to see Giffen not on the book, as Giffen as plotter = awesome, especially with a scripter of Joe Casey’s quality), so I was pleased to see a fairly entertaining Q & A with Joe Casey over at Newsarama (check it out here).

Sad to see either Giffen or Maguire on the book.

So this is a Q&A for Last Defenders, not the last Q&A for the Defenders?

And, that Q&A really doesn’t divulge anything interesting at all. There are a few hopelessly cryptic clues, but eh…
The book’s well worth reading, though.

I’m just grateful we don’t have to read another Defenders series done by people that misguidedly think that the “Big Four” are essential.
