I don’t know what it was; on the surface, I would have an incredibly hard time explaining this to someone, or selling them on it by just showing them the art.

Hey! Thank you! I never expected that! If you ever need a favor, Brian, let me know, because I definitely owe you one!
That first chapter’s going to be in print soon, with annotations, a text story, and some other fun stuff.
As long as I’m plugging, I’ll note that we’ll be at The Granite State Comicon in Manchester, NH on May 18, and at MoCCA in NYC on June 7-8.
