I don't know his name, but the artist who did issues 6 to 12 I really like...very clean, smooth lines, and great facial expressions. Anyone know his name?

Point of Oder Mr. Chairman: the book was called "<i>Archie's</i> Pals 'n' Gals," not "Pals and Gals." That's an A; you still owe us a P. Have you no decency sir? At long last, have you no decency?

Might as well say it got replaced in 1992 with "& Friends."

Make Q for Quesada. I'm sure everyone would love that! :p

As far as the home improvement stuff, I imagine Bob Vila was doing some kind of show back then.

"Home Improvement" did premiere in 1991, but with a September cover date the comic would have come out first.

In 1991 they would have been talking about "This Old House," I guess. I don't even think "Home Improvement" was on yet.

(controls rage)
Q...
Is not...
For
Question
(shudders)
Q...
Is for...
QUASAR!
QUASAR!
A THOUSAND TIMES QUASAR!
Who else would cross over witht he defunct new universe? Who else would die, only to have his grim reaper be out of a Harvey comic book? Who else would, when told of an alien threat to earth, cover earth in an invivisble net and then start cataloging every sigle alien in the MU until he found the one he was looking for! Who else could SURVIVE THE ULTIMATE NULLIFIER? Who else could rock so, so many headbands? Who makes Steve Guttenberg a star?

Quasar!

As a bonus, he also has a complete face -- two eyes, a nose, a mouth, the whole works. Can't say that about the Question, huh? Kinda hard to solve mysteries when you can't even see or speak properly!

It doesn't get much cooler than this
The Archie books were one of those staples of my childhood

I pretty much have to learn what the importance of being a teen-ager is now, and why exactly endsville could ever be something positive.
