Speaking of expressions, I’ll reluctantly play ghetto slang police here, as I grew up in the Bronx where most words like “dope,” “hype” and “wack” probably originated (as well as “butters,” “home skillet,” “buggin’” and all the forgotten classics) originated. I enjoy your writing Brad, but just for the record, “ill” is never a positive thing on the street. “Ill” is the same as wack.

I found that Mister Miracle one shot in a dollar bin recently. It is in fact, the bees knees. Perhaps the whole leg, even.
