…Lex, he drinks my milkshake
Giganta, she digs my suit
None of them, for Goodness’ sake
Have the slightest bit of loot!

Wasn’t there a scene in an earlier issue in which the Joker turned to the (Shadow) Thief and said “There must be some way out of here…”?

No, that was what I said Sturges really needed to do.
And he basically did!! Yay!

Ah, gotcha. I knew I had read that somewhere. That would have been fun if he had included that.
I haven’t read much from Sturges outside of his co-writing duties on Jack Of Fables, but his interviews for taking over the Blue Beetle job have been hilarious and make me feel much better about the future and direction of BB, my second favorite DC title behind Manhunter.

I’m glad he didn’t go for the obvious bit. Funny.

I didn’t think Cronin had this level of influence.

Ok I obviously don’t have enough DC comics knowledge because I don’t get the joke

Marquisd: It’s not about the DC Comics knowledge. As the filename suggests (dylan.jpg), it’s a reference to a Bob Dylan song.
