The "marketing team" is a couple of volunteers at a local Tutoring Center... I'm cutting them some slack.

And, when you consider that the attendance at RPGA events at the "Big Three" national conventions have been about 50/50, could the ad be more sexist?

Not saying it isn't a good idea. Just saying that it appears that the marketing team had no idea what they were advertizing. I feel like I just read an ad for a Peter David writen Lost Tales of Mister Fixit comic book that included the phrase "Hulk Smash" in a non-ironic fashion.
