Down to five.
Quick Guesses
Larson ’s Savage Dragon-15 years and counting, Dozen’s of characters and spin-offs. On his own.
Claremont and Byrne’s X-men run. Just for the Death of Phoenix alone.
Gaimen’s Sandman.
Miller’s first Daredevil run. So influential.
and of course
Stan Lee and Jack Kirby’s Fantastic Four. The was THE marvel title for the 60’s and formed the core of the Marvel universe.

Take away Savage Dragon and put in Swamp Thing and you’re probably about right

I agree with Dan, though it is ridiculous that Savage Dragon didn’t make the top 100. Of course, that’s because it would have to make quite a few people’s top 10s first and, while I’d say it’s worthy of top 100 staus (and I think many others would too), I don’t think many people think it’s worthy of top 10 staus.
