Scott King has a funny bit on his blog here where he describes what he believes to be the entire plot of the new Hulk movie, based solely on the trailer to the film.
Let’s see how right he is!

I felt the same way about the Hulk trailers…I feel like I’ve seen the whole movie. Especially in contrast to Iron Man, where I knew almost nothing going in, except “I think they’re sticking pretty close to the original origin story.” Also possibly in contrast to Dark Knight, where I get the very distinct feeling that there’s more going on than they’re showing.

I also get the impression that General Ross is less about stopping/killing the Hulk and more about controlling the Hulk as a weapon. That actually ties in nicely with the Iron Man theme.
