In a cute bit of cross-promotion, American Gladiators is having a Hulk-themed episode tonight, complete with a guest appearance by Lou Ferrigno!

Isn’t “Hulk” Hogan already on that show?
I am just guessing that this gimmick was created more to halt the ratings plummet the show is going through than an attempt to promote the fim.

They should combine “Who Wants to be a Super-Hero?” with “American Gladiators” and have city-scape “battles” and costumes and the works.
Some kind of “Danger Room” set up as well.
(like that Japanese obstacle-course show)
Maybe throw in some Kaiju as a “big bad” at the end.
(at least something like a giant “Galactus”-type or “Godzilla” type that they would have to scale and drop a “bomb” on it’s mouth to win.
C’mon… that would be cool*.
*disclaimer: It would only be cool if it was done all-out. No half-assery or cheesiness**.
