In Quasar #40, my main man Wendell actually USES the Ultimate Nullifier to stop the Magus (or whoever) in an Infinity War crossover. Anyone else in the MU have the stones to go through with that threat?

It's most likely just mis-named. It's not really a countdown, but a list of issue numbers. #40 isn't necessarily more important than #41, just numbered differently.
