Nope; you did great, Caroline!

I'm working on a new web store that should make things easier; meanwhile, if anyone else wants to order anything from me and has any questions, you can contact me at awakencmx@aol.com.

I just added money to a paypal account (says it'll take 3-5 days to process), and I think I see how I can send the money via paypal to the email address you posted. Anything else I need to do after I do that? (Sorry to bog down the thread with ordering logistics, but I hope to have more relevantly interesting things to say soon.

Sorry to be a pain, but I've gone to the site and clicked on the "How to Order" page and I'm still not entirely sure how to order a copy. Send a money order to the address there via mail? Is there an online ordering method? And the sketch it comes with is "Desire is Overrated" (I like that one anyhow) or something else? (I'm interested in buying "Chemistry" and the soundtrack to go with it.

 Thanks again

Yes, Caroline; that link is still active and Chemistryis still available. You can also check out www.awakeningcomics.com.

Every purchase gets a free sketch by me as well.

Caroline, here's a link for Steve Peters's Awakening Comics blog:

http://awakeningcomics.wordpress.com/

It was updated a little over a month ago, so it's presumably still active. There's a how to order page and everything.

I've gotten a few Steve Peters books, but I've been remiss in reading them. They look good, though.

Where can I get ahold of this book? I've been interested in AGNs ever since I read Ken Dahl's "Monsters." This book looks interesting but I can't find it on amazon, and the link you posted at the beginning of the review leads to a general AOL streaming page.

Hey, thanks for the review. I think the reason my own face is more detailed is that I had afar more experience drawing myself, and I had much more reference materials available (all I had to do was look in a mirror).

I only had a couple of chances to sketch "Violet's" face, and I only ever got one photo of her. So I guess it was necessary to simplify her features as much as possible.

Not to toot my own horn, but I think it worth mentioning that Chemistry and its companion soundtrack CD won the 2006 Day Prize. The review makes no reference to the soundtrack CD at all---you may not have picked it up, but the comic does explain that the CD's song titles are the same as the chapters in the comic, and that the mood and feel of each song reflects what is happening in its corresponding chapter. I don't believe anyone else has ever made music for a comic that is so closely interconnected with said comic.

Best,
Steve Peters
