If a comment does not apply to you, then odds are the comment was not directed at you.

The Wildstorm piece asked a question and a lot of people showed up to answer it in different ways. Some also wondered if it was a valid question, or if it was asked objectively. Was that sort of varied response not the intention? Maybe you should disable comments if you don’t enjoy a mixed reaction.

I wasn’t trying to say that the CSBG guys are driven by only getting ad revenue. I was trying to say that having a bunch of additional people show up at the blog seems like upside to me.

Ah, I see. Perhaps it is because I only look at a few other blogs (I don’t even utilize mine half the month) I didn’t quite catch on. I didn’t even see the Magneto article.

Anyway, if nothing else, it sort of proves that people actually care enough about Wildstorm to pop in, but I guess that’s not the joke. Consider me informed now.

CSBG appears to be ad-supported, so there is no such thing as “enough”. Pageviews = dollars. (Even if you’re paid on a clickthru basis, more pageviews usually means more clickthrus.)
