Didn't Nguyen also do Mystic Arcana for Marvel recently? Because that work was simply stunning.

Great pick. I was sorely disappointed when he left Strange Girl, though... Nguyen's art was the main reason I was getting the book. I didn't enjoy his Marvel work as much... probably because he had to rein in his expressionist tendencies to fit the superhero aesthetic better. Maybe Marvel can put him on Iron Fist or maybe even the upcoming Cloak & Dagger series where a more atypical approach such as his might be a better fit thematically and stylistically.

I think the name Nguyen is as common as Smith or Jones in Vietnam or possibly Cambodia.

I prefer his loose stuff a lot more, its far more interesting, though I appreciate an artist who can change his style to suit each project (Immomen too).

Ah ... neat. I recently read all of Strange Girl is a couple of sittings, & X-Men: First Class is one of my favorite comics these days. Had no idea the same guy had done both.

Nguyen is about to explode on the comic scene.

This is the first I've seen of his work, and he is definitely about to go big.
