The Macbeth character studies are from a Macbeth adaptation that Mike Carey and I have often talked about and would love to tackle at some point. The Polanski version of the film is, indeed, fantastic - but wasn&#039;t really influential in the look of the main protagonists...at least consciously.

I&#039;m a great admirer of Mr. Gulacy&#039;s work - in particular his earlier work and primarliy his Black Widow and &quot;Blood on Black Satin&quot; from Eerie. In fact, these pieces of exquisite illustration were pointed out to me by the aforementioned Mr. Butch Guice.
