I run a bit hot and cold on her work. She didn't impress me that much in American Virgin, but some of her work in Demo is excellent.

Good or bad, she seems to have an affinity for portraying human misery.

Anyway, love her stuff. I keep meaning to try and hunt down some of her indy stuff, like Pixu or that TPB of her mini-comics, but I keep forgetting.

Definitely looking forward to the new Demo stuff, should be good.

Beyond complimenting the craftsmanship of her work, what really stands out to me, is how she depicts the cut of everyone's hair, their build, and dress...they remind me of my friends (or social group at least) in real life, and that's refreshing as most comic artists are old, or are just not that social, lol, and the depictions are sometimes a bit off.

Shame On American Virgin ending so early, I adored that series, maybe even more than Demo.

Was Demo in colour?
Some of those interior coloured pages are great.
I've only got the Black & White Trade but I'd love to see a colour version (in the style of the image or Flight trades).

I thought whatshis name? B. Wood did only the art on Channel Zero?

Or is this a brand new "Channel Zero"? (other than the first mini or Dupe)
