Awhile back, I linked to Tim Sale doing a guest DJ bit at KCRW, 89.9 FM in Santa Monica, California.
Well, Iron Man director Jon Favreau just did one, too. Check it out here.
Too bad he didn’t pick any Dylan songs.
Speaking of Dylan, he has a new Bootleg Series release out TODAY!! Go buy it! What I’ve heard of it so far is awesome! And these are the songs he felt weren’t good enough to make his actual albums!!!

Dylan has a new album out? I’ll be sure to tell my dad.

Yeah, Layne, that’s what I was referring to when I mentioned “what I’ve heard of it so far.” I tried only listening to a few of the tracks, though, so as to not spoil the full release!

Dylan’s bootlegs are often better than many other artists’ official releases, IMHO…
Hey, Brian, how about featuring comic book creators who ARE DJs?
Self-serving? You Betcha!
I mean, hey, I’m on every weekday afternoon on 3 stations across Vermont on The Point (http://pointfm.com) AND I create comics - Panthea Obscura is featured on DrunkDuck.com right now (nearing 25,000 page views… hey, I’m trying…).
Radio is a pretty cool day job for a comic creator, actually… so I can’t complain… too much!
