We do use Twinkie. Fun factoid: as a Filipino, I've also heard "coconut" tossed around for someone brown acting white (a quick google search shows that this apparently applies to Hispanics and African Americans).

I think the Moleskin format works. It's not obtuse or forceful, and it contributes to the back-story of the book.

I always thought Asian Americans used the term Twinkie.

They use the same term (Banana) over here.

I may pick this up if it's not expensive.

Is that cover pic also a visual pun on the word "foreskin?" The chopsticks and the flesh on the end form a pretty phallic image. Or am I just stating the obvious here?
