Hmm...I actually know most of these. But I won the last one.

I may enter for fun...but I think it would be unfair if more people didn't share the wealth. We'll see. Great job though Greg! The last one got me hooked on Robotika, which was an awesome mini and I love the sequel's concept.

Greg, with what the big two are putting out anymore, I think you'd have a hard time drumming up enough interest for people to put the effort into the contest. Indie books as prizes are just fine.

I am astounded, I say, I say, astounded at the number of books I own that have those panels. With T-day off, I may enter this contest...

Tyson: Yeah, I've heard that before with other contests. My problem is, of course, that DC and Marvel don't deem me worthy of receiving their work, so I don't get it. I get a bunch of indie books. On the other hand, I admit it's kind of hard to identify indie comics, so I stuck to the Big Two. My hope is that people will be interested in checking out stuff they might have missed!

Am I the only one that thinks it's odd to reward this kind level of DC/Marvel knowledge with a bunch of indie books?

It seems like the people who would do best at this contest would be least interested in a bunch of indie books, and that people who would be most interested in those books probably don't have this level of DC/Marvel knowledge.

Not that I'm complaining - I just wanted to point out that Burgas is being subversive - tricking the hardliners into wanting to read some non-Big 2 books. I approve!

I knew 19 off the top of my head well enough that I could pull the TPBs off the shelf and find the necessary details; particularly the ones from the humor mags which says more about me than I care to admit (that Doom page is from one of my favorite comics ever).

I'll hang my head in shame.
