		<description>The TDKR fight was good, but for me it was behind the Bats vs Superman fight (which was my #1) and the Bats v Mutant Leader one.

		<description>Honestly, though, that &lt;i&gt;Thor&lt;/i&gt; story was standard, lazy post-CW JMS Stark. Tony hasn&#039;t seen his friend alive in years and shows up to wander around him in an intimidating, interrogation-style circle,  telling him that he has to work for the government or else he&#039;s going to get his ass kicked.

It&#039;s simply not like the character at all. Tony would be overjoyed to see Thor, one of his oldest and closest friends. We don&#039;t need JMS&#039;s Starkvillain to give Thor enough reasons to fight Iron Man in the issue.</description>

		<description>It took me several years to locate the Batman/Ras Al Ghul issue - Back in the days of newstand distribution, I had the issues leading up to it, but missed this issue.   hen I moved to San Diego from the Midwest, I discovered Pacific Comics - before it tried publishing.  The finally got a copy.  I believe I traded for this issue -and the one I got had one of those labels from label guns taped on the front cover, such that you couldn&#039;t remove it.  The wait was worth it.  That&#039;s why this was on my list.  Still, if not for trade reprints, this fight probably would not have made the list, despite its awesomeness.</description>
