Just wondering if the broken wheelchair and the female arm sticking out from the crate is symbolic of Oracle’s “death”. Thoughts?

These things are fairly flexible Morrison puts Bruce’s current age at 35. Dick is generally seen as being ten years younger, and Tim should be 17 or 18 at this point, but he was “16 and holding” for long enough that it’s difficult to say. Jason’s in his early 20s, I’d say.

The bit that seems to be a broken wheel is another matter, then again that could be there to mislead us. It could be meaningless, or as Doug says, it could be a bicycle wheel. With a purpose, perhaps, to confuse anyone looking for clues.

Or it COULD be Barbara, but since this is representational and not necessarily literal, this could be some vision she has of herself in a dream, in cyberspace, whatever. I’m thinking even if it IS Babs, there’s still relatively little reason to think she’s actually assumed Batwoman’s identity.

Well, a spoked wheel, anyway; it could also be from a bicycle. (Why there would be a bicycle wheel lying around I dunno, but if it’s meant to definitely be a wheelchair there are less ambiguous images they could have used.)

I believe Hush is the guy standing with Damian. I thought it was Dick at first, and that Damian was going to “pull his legs out from under him”, but I think it makes more sense to be Hush after Dini’s Detective Comics RIP story. If you blow up the picture, you can see a wheelchair wheel behind Damian and Hush.

True, but – and I know with DC’s lack of long-term planning this may not work out – with Dini heavily teasing her death in ‘Tec only to back off, it’s unlikely that she’d be killed off so soon afterwards.

I really like the idea of Damien using Hush for his own means, but I’m worried that means Talia gets killed off first. That’d stink.

Pretty sure that’s Ms. Kane as Batwoman… Damien using Hush as Bruce to takeover/break up Wayne Enterprises? Arm looks female – Talia Al’Ghul? Barbara!??! or just Jezebel Jet?
Batman on Crate must be Jason… right? Tim with Bo stick, Dick in the centre (with Nightwing style Bat on chest)

I would agree that the broken wheelchair could be Oracle walks but i doubt she is wearing the Batwoman suit . and has any one though that maybe the batman on the casket could be the joker for that is his pose plus it would explain Harley quin.as for who is the casket could be Bruce after rip. and the Bruce standing behind Damien that is Hush for the Bandage’s give it away.

I think the idea of Harvey Dent trying to be Batman is the single coolest thing I’ve ever heard of ever. I hope they do it justice.

Second coolest is Action Alfred. If only Jim Aparo were still around to draw it.

Worst idea is turning Barbara Gordon into Batwoman. Oracle is a better character than any female Batman knock-off has ever been.

The reversed J on the Joker card makes a lower case b. Also, I think Two Face looks a lot like an Oni, which is cool. Most f the costumes refer to a Bats associated with the person wearing the suit. Two face’s is the early batman, when he became Two Face, Tim and Dick the suits when they were first Robin.
