Yeah I’m waiting for the trade. I read the first issue online but can’t find #2 and #3. It looks great though. I think this is one of those books that would do a lot better as a TPB and as a series of OGNs.

I’ve been waiting for the trade all along. I really want to read it, but I don’t buy mini-series in pamphlets. Won’t do it! Can’t make me!

Okay, you got me I’ve been buying Final Crisis in monthlies, but that’s because I’m a Crisis and “God of All Comics” sucker. Also, Legion of 3 Worlds, but that has XS and Gates in it! I would have bought I Kill Giants in monthly form if it had Jenni Ognats in it!

I’ve loved this comic as well, though thanks to the mails (I sub through HeavyInk) I won’t see #7 till next week. I have to say #6 didn’t do as much for me as the previous issues, simply because it consisted mostly of fighting (or so my memory tells me), but it sounds like it served as a helluva set-up for the finale.

And let’s face it — the fact that sales have not been good (hardly surprising, since I’ve yet to see a caped superhero type in its pages) really tells us all we need to know about the comics audience en masse, doesn’t it? *sigh*
