Hard to read those small scans, but yes, Don Heck was a pretty good artist. I liked his Aquaman & Mera back-ups in the Bronze Age /Wonder Woman/s I have.

Fantastic. I like the idea of Kang as a fully developed villain from the future whose past self, once he finds out, is gung-ho to prevent himself from ever becoming like that. This issue gives some good backstory for a sympathetic Kang.

I REALLY hated Don Heck's artwork when I was younger, but looking at it now... He was actually pretty good, wasn't he?
