Colossus never behaved inappropriately with underage Kitty, unless you consider a relationship that never went beyond the hugging-and-hanging-out stages -- despite Kitty's stated efforts to move way past that level -- to be inappropriate. When he did begin to feel as if he may be prepared to act inappropriately, he conjured up a "relationship" during SECRET WARS which he used as an excuse to distance himself from his feelings for her.
If you wanna read some seriously icky stuff involving a much older man with still-very-underage Kitty, you gotta search out Pete Wisdom-era issues of EXCALIBUR.

Colossus is gross.

Collosus is only two or three years older than Shadowcat. They just can't keep the ages straight in X-men. (She kept bouncing between 16 and 21 in Excalibur)

Kitty was legal in those Pete Wisdom-era Exclaibur's. She was supposed to be 21, according to an interview Ellis gave at the time (although I can't find it now. It was a magazine interview from those days when the internet hadn't quite taken over the world). Wisdom was between 30 and 35, which, while still a quite a bit older, isn't anywhere near as skeevy.

I never remember how seriously some folks take their Kitty Pryde.

Well that's creepy. Of course, the American Graffiti analogy doesn't work. The young girl was sweet on him, but he didn't reciprocate.

It's the Internet. Somewhere there's a guy arguing that the bystander in the fedora on the cover of FF #1 is acting out-of-character in the comic.

Joe, you should really save a remark like that for when things really get frothing. This is pretty mild, relatively speaking.

Was anybody else hoping that the Colossus was/was not a statutory rapist argument would really catch fire?
And clearly I'm missing something with Deathstroke. (Although coupling "Deathstroke" with "inappropriate sexual behavior" really made me do a double-take at the name, which I hadn't considered before.)

Deathstroke had a sexual relationship with Terra, who I'm pretty sure was supposed to be 15 at the time? I think?

Wow, the week has certainly started... different that usual. Most of the Blogs in CBR are about things like "I'd do (this or that)" or arguing things like Kitty Pride having had statutory rape...
Have we finally ran out of meaningful comic book topics? Even for the 'net, this is shallow, folks.

"Even for the ‘net, this is shallow, folks."
Have you seen the internet? This is small potatoes.
