I know it’s probably a fun edit by the website but is that a genuine cover? Because the tourney comment from Spidey cracked me up.

Unsurprised, but… oh, well, least DD had a nice run.

Spiderman was a great character, but he has been in a rut for over thirty years. The same five or six stories are told time and time again.
Daredevil woz robbed.

Really now.
It’d be just as easy to say:
Daredevil was a great character, but he’s been in a rut for over twenty eyars. The same two stories are told time and time again.
It’s fine so long as they’re well executed however.
I do miss the Karl Kesel run, though.

Spider-man is one of my favorite Avengers.

Didn’t that last less than 12 parsecs?

I actuallly had DD on my pull list for the Kesel run, which was GREAT. I think it lasted about 3 years or so.

yeah as much as i love daredevil it seems that brubakers run recaptured the exact same character arc of bendis’s, who rehashed millers to an extent. and diggles early comments about his run make it seem like it’ll be round 4 of the same story arc

The Kesel run lasted long enough for Wizard to notice how good it was, and then it got dropped.
Too bad, though. A DD story that wasn’t relentlessly dark and depressing was a nice change.
