New Legends Revealed Web Site!

In anticipation of the release of Was Superman a Spy? and Other Comic Book Legends Revealed at the end of the month, I've set up a brand new site for legends from the world of sports and entertainment (my pal Brandon Hanvey created the logos for me)!

It's called Legends Revealed, and you can visit it at legendsrevealed.com (which has links to Sports Legends Revealed and Entertainment Legends Revealed). Both sites will have (week) daily updates!

Enjoy!

Avast! is telling me there's a virus on the site (legendsrevealed.com). Go there at your own risk.

Marcus beat me to it. Avast! says stay away!

Avast is off-base. There's nothing wrong with the site.

Without denigrating Avast!, I seem to be able to get on legendsrevealed ok at work, and our software is like the anti-Mikey, it doesn't like anything.

Although, maybe it's not blocking software. Sonic Wall? I think Phil Spector invented it?

Neat site Brian! I look forward to wasting much chargeable time there.

Threat identified as something called Lucky Exploit

Avoid clicking the legends revealed link.

Yup, nothing wrong with the website, guys. I'm also looking at the site through my extra, super web-suspicious work computer and it's fine.

As a datapoint, I got the same message (Safari on a mac).

How do you have time for all this blogging? My God, you really are an artificial intelligence, aren't you?

I got a virus warning at work, but from my home site I don't. I wasn't worried there actually was a virus on the site, just thought something harmless might have been setting it off.

My initial reaction to this was much like Bill's. How are you going to have time to update these sites every day? I feel like I barely have time to read them all. Not that I'm complaining, though. The more the merrier.

So can I field ROM questions here or on the toy blog?

As an update, the website works fine today, no Avast! problems.

Thanks for the update, Patrick.

So weird.

My theory is that it is the same thing that sometimes happens to CBR, where one of the ads has a problem (or at least shows up on virus scanners as a problem) and it shows up as the site as a whole being a problem. But that's just a theory. It could also be bunnies.

I didn't have any Avast-related problems.

I'm excited about this!
