I really found that heartwarming, but I don’t get the title…who is Binky? And why is he such a good brother? I’m guessing Binky is the third guy who barely talks? If so I guess he’s a good brother but the dad is the one who really deserves the props as he delivers 90% of the pep talk. Great comic though, and wonderful message.

Binky, mate, ditch your self-righteous dad, drink beer and get laid while you can. In a couple of months you’ll be drafted and up to your armpits in Vietnam swamp. And what sort of twat of a father dresses his son in a comedy bow tie and names him ‘Allergy’? With a name line that, I wouldn’t be surprised if the poor little sod grew up with serious psychological problems.
Seriously, though, I remember these from my old comics and even as a kid I always wanted to punch him in his clean-cut self-satisfied face.
