Because they’re the only people who can tolerate each other. Dysfunction tolerates dysfunction.

“So what happened, you saw him reading a comic that wasn’t black and white and you went over to set him straight?”
This made me lol.

Stranger,
I figured that was going to be the punch line…

“Part of the fantasy is that the girl doesn’t look like a girl who reads comics.”
Heh; I definitely enjoyed THAT line. (Speaking from experience: the trick is to marry said girl, THEN introduce her to comics.)

Man, that Josh guy in the comic hit my last week’s post on the nose with the hair comment.

Man, Josh has been becoming more and more unpleasant with every strip.
Not in a good way, either, he’s starting to become actively repellant.

And by that you mean really hilarious!
The ‘looks like a girl who doesn’t read comics’ line was fantastic.

Shouldn’t that be “hare” as in the animal related to a rabbit?
At least that’s the phrase I know (without the “superhero” bit…)
And yeah, I’m waiting for the episode where they leap into each other’s arms…

But this one is, so everything is as it should be.
This isn’t an Ennis comic. I always thought it was “hair”.

Hmmm… Fair enough!
At least it wasn’t a rabbit!
