I’m with Bill: “Shall I tell you the hour and date of your death?” is a fantastic moment. That’s be the one for me.

Klarion was my second favorite of the 7 Soldiers minis, after Frankenstein.

So many cool moments here … the kids standing over the fallen Billy; “Shall I tell you ..”; Billy’s wakefulness; “A man needs a job,”; “I kept a spade waiting for you” …

KLARION was my favorite of the 7S books, and while Morrison wrote the bejesus out of it, Irving’s art really made it for me. Dang, Brian, now I want to reread the whole thing again!

The moment for me is oddly enough the Erdel reference.

It was a time when J’onn was being underused and underplayed, and seeing his history woven into a bigger tapestry like this was just really interesting for some reason.

that moment was creepy and cool as billy learned a price had to be paid for making certain deals. love the look of fear when billy is dragged through even though though klarion was one of dc most creepy characters

“Erdel”, for those not too familiar with DC, is the scientist who brought Martian Manhunter to Earth. I always thought that was a cool reference. Melmoth was a real piece of work.
