RAB, You’ll have to do some traveling to meet Tana French, since she lives in Ireland. Her “In the Woods” merits being among such good company, though: it’s on the NY Times extended bestseller list next Sunday (at No. 23), six slots below her second book (“The Likeness,” at No. 17). Hope you’ve read the whole shelf!

I work at the same store with Lewis. For what it’s worth, I’d have recommended the book as well if Lewis hadn’t beat me to it.

Either way, the geeks in our store (and we have A LOT of geeks in our store) are all pimping your book.

And the arrangement of the book between ASS and Dylan was completely coincidental (or, at least, the work of Sue, who organizes the staff recs).

The Kaku lay-science book is also pretty great, and I’m like 95% certain that Morrison has drawn from it for his comics writing (seriously). It’s just another thing to make this already bizarrely apt product arrangement more fitting. Dreams, apparently, do come true .
