Dart’s rendering techniques are truly impressive. Those last four samples especially show a wonderful breadth of style, with the soft, undulating, tentacle-like landscape a particular highlight.

I’m glad to see more of her work – I’ve only read the Rabbit Head excerpt from the Best American Comics 2006 (I think) volume, edited by Harvey Pekar, which I loved. Great stuff!

Wow. What an incredibly versatile artist! I love the cartoony page at the top with all the insets and at the bottom the dreamscape stuff and anthropomorphic wave. I’m surprised we haven’t seen more from such an amazing talent.
