> You know, I read the Annual, and still I feel that I don’t know anything about Meggan or the game of cricket.

If you want to fix your cricket knowledge track down a copy of "What is Googly" by Robert Eastway

SPOILERS: I hated that it was the dwarves at the end of Milligan's Thor. I'd read Ages of Thunder and knew that the dwarves were reknowned smiths, but were they introduced in Milligan's story at all before the reveal at the end? Pretty lame to have a mystery where the guilty party is completely absent until the last and therefore beyond the eye of suspicion. Christ, it's not even like it was the Enchantress or Mephisto or somebody that everybody knows from outside the story. It was fucking dwarves.

Wegener’s artwork is crispier than fried chicken

If Red 5 doesn't use that as a pull-quote and slap it on the cover of an upcoming issue, there is something tremendously wrong with the world.

Fantastic turn of phrase, man.

Trial of Thor is almost worth it just for the whole CSI: Asgard element. I would totally buy a comic called "CSI: Asgard," too. The Warriors Three as the detectives with the sage as their forensics guy, and Odin as the captain. You just need to throw some sunglasses on that blonde one, so he can remove them on the first page of every issue. It would sell like gangbusters. I'll have to bother Jonah until he promises to mention it to Joe Quesada in those Q&As...
