Not-So-Random-Thought: Blogathon 2009
Apologies for another non-random thoughts post, but with all of the comics I’ve been reading for Saturday’s blogathon and a general feeling of unwell today, I’m just not in the mood for it. I will take this chance to promote the blogathon once again. I will be blogging from 9 am EST Saturday morning until 9 am EST Sunday morning, posting every 30 minutes, in an effort to raise money for the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. I would really appreciate it if you would sponsor me by making a donation. So far, $50 has been pledged and, honestly, that’s about $50 more than I thought would be, but it would be fantastic to see more money go to this fantastic charity. As well, if you donate, let me know via comments or e-mail so I can keep track of the amount and the thanks yous owed. Wow. That’s a lot of Bendis-y Avengers. And as much as I enjoyed most of those, I don’t think I could handle that in one day.

On Saturday, I’ll explain why I chose these books when, honestly, I had a lot of different choices. But, I have my reasons — and only one of them is ‘Because I felt like it.’
